Fictitious debuted in June 2017, and was originally part of the Nerd For A Living family of “podcasts for the ambitious geek”. The first season of the show featured interview topics that ranged from career information to writing process.
The show relaunched in July 2018 with new logo, branding, and website, and an evolved focus on storytelling craft (rather than writing careers).
In September 2020, Fictitious officially became a YouTube channel, featuring video interviews and other types of new content.
Beyond video and audio, Adron Buske and Fictitious can be seen live on stage at pop culture festivals, comic cons, book conventions, and other events.
